This obit is from THE STATE newspaper from about 10-15 years ago (I'm sorry that I didn't recored the date). MRS NELLIE B BROWN GRESHAM--Mrs. Nellie Bostick Brown, 85, widow of Earl L. Brown, died Thursday at her home after a long illness. Born in Gresham, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ella Turbeville Bostick. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Surviving area son, Walter Brown of Johnsonville; a daughter, Mrs. James (Alexa) Blackmon of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Central United Methodist Church at Britton Neck, with burial in Old Neck Cemetery. The family suggests that hose who wish may make memorials to the JHohnsonville Rescue Squad. Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway is in charge.
