I have an "Eliza" Mincey in my family---she was born in 1827, the daughter of Isaac Mincey and Jane Floyd, but I am not sure if this is the same Eliza Jane Mincey that you mentioned. (The Mincey's are a branch that I have not had a lot of luck in researching.) Wanda Martin (the former Horry listmistress) is also related to this Eliza Jane.
