You get volunteers (which these people are of course) and they have their own ideas -- and somebody will eventually clash with somebody else unless the ground rules are set down way ahead of time. This evidently was not done. Who has the copyright is unimportant because almost anybody can look up most of the references and cite them as their own! What we all have to do is share -- and not try to charge each other for exchanging information -- Info exchanged usually constitutes only clues to be verified by other documentation.
