Funeral services will be a 1pm Thursday at Richardson-Miles funeral home chapel, with burial in piney grove free will baptist church cemetery in Latta. the family will receive friends from 7 to 9pm. today at the funeral home. born in Dillon County, he was a son of the late earl and edna lane wiggins. he worked with celetex in sellers and later retired from international paper. he was a member of shiloh chapel in oak grove. he is survived by his wife, Margaret gainey wiggins of the home; a son, Carl wiggins sr. of summerville SC, daughters, Christine Huggins of Marion, and Sandra Watson of Floydale, a brother, Billie wiggins of Dillon, sisters, charlotte page of Floydale, Carolyn Williams of sellers and Judy Williams of Latta, seven grandsons, five great-grandchildren, stepsons, roy of Patrick SC and Clenice Windburn of Hartsville sc. stepdauthers Ellen Lloyd of Hartsville and kitty Oliver of ruby SC, Pearl
