In viewing the 1880 Horry County census, Hester Barnhill, white, aged 60, is listed with Daniel T. Beaty's family. Daniel T. Beaty, aged 30, is shown as Black. Angeline, presumably his wife, aged 28 is shown as Mulatto. Could/would anyone be able to tell me if this Hester is the wife of David B. Barnhill? And does anyone know who Angeline is? Is she a Barnhill? Is she related to Hester? Any assistance in this quest is appreciated. Bonnie, if you can help me figure these out, I sure could use your help.
