I wonder if there is a connection to the > other Graham-Long family Way to go Mike! According to the Long tree posted at ancestry.com Dicey was one of eight siblings of Isaac G. Long, my ggg-grandfather. It listed her parents as Macajah Long and Sarah GORE and her birth year as being abt. 1816. I've been told that Isaac's middle name was Gary on some deed paperwork but he was referred to as George by some. Isaac and Nancy HICKMAN's daughter, Amanda Melvina, had a grandson named Isaac Mack Graham. One of my grandfather's brothers, he was born 1902 in Wayne County Georgia and died in 1995, Volusia County, Florida. Seems like a good bet where the Isaac came from. I wonder if "Mack" came from the Gore line somewhere? Is it odd that two people down parallel lines would have the same name? Dow
