hello mac this is diane. do you know if the hatchers were some of the orig settlers in horry s.c.or the coopers. i'm trying to find out where a direct des. james hatcher orig came from. at one time he was in richmond co nc abt 1785 but his child. were born in horry and many of their child. born in horry. then onto marl co. at the present time the only contact i have is with some "cousins" who are brigmans . i have lots of info on the hatchers abt his child. just none on him, he was mar to a grant when he was living in richmond co. i guess when the weather gets nicer i will go to lib or courthouse up there since i found tax records on him in wolf pitt dist. just wondering if you knew. diane
