Hi. I have connections to Schofields through my father. His mother was Annie SCHOFIELD of Lindley, she died about 1928 and I never knew her. The information I have is that she was born 1890 daughter of John born Longwood about 1868. Annie's siblings were Joe born 1888, Beattie, Albert died WW1, Harold, Gertrude, Lennard, and Benjamin. John was the son of Ben SCHOFIELD BORN 1841 in Longwood 2nd wife Mary Ann, siblings Fred, and Annie. Ben was a Woollen Card Fetter.. John was a woollen spinner.
