I'm hoping you can answer another question for me as well. Although my Grandfather passed in the 30's my Aunts, his daughters, say that this is our ancestral home. They said he took his Mothers name, Zahn, when he moved to the states. We have no other information on his life in Germany except for some very old pictures with few if any captions. It seems any information is now lost as there is only one Aunt left and she was 3 when Grandpa passed. So, my question is, do you know what the family name is of the Estate, or have any idea of where I can find more information on the estate and the family.
