I have used Klaus for research on a family line and he did excellent work for a reasonable cost. Since the church records I needed were only available in S-H it was great deal cheaper than trip to Germany even if I could efficiently read the records (I can't). Don't know where the complainer comes from, but that person is totally out of line.
