Dear Mr. Grolle, Both surnames (AHRENS and VOLQUARTS) are very common, and you need the name of the village or the name of the church parish if you are searching for your ancestors. In the online list of approx. 3.500 emigrants from Dithmarschen are 4 AHRENS listed, but only one of them made a application of emigration.
