Can anyone tell me how to get information from Kiel? I grandparents ( August and Ella Lethi; Max and Emma Auerbach ) who died in Kiel between the years of 1947 to 1962. All the record offices I have tried in Kiel claim they have NO records for eithjer family. This makes no sense; had these deaths occurred in WW II I could understand.
