    3. Dear Listers My BROHMANN family migrated to Queensland in Australia aboard the "Helene" in 1865, and were living at Aschau in 1860 and 1865. There were Johann Christian Friedrich BROHMANN b. 5 Nov 1829 at Bornstein, Gettorf Parish, Kreis Eckernförde d. 10 Nov 1911 at Beenleigh, Queensland, Australia m. date and place unknown Margaretha Christina Friederica BROHMANN nee MUUS b. 1 Apr 1821 at Stubbe, Rieseby Parish, Kreis Eckernförde d. 18 Dec 1904 at Lutwyche, Queensland, Australia Louisa Friederica Margaretha SCHRÖDER b. about 1845 in Kreis Eckernförde d. 8 Jul 1883 at Condamine, Queensland, Australia Christina Elisabeth Friederica BROHMANN b. probably 18 Nov 1849 in Kreis Eckernförde (perhaps Grossholz or Stubbe) d. 8 Sep 1926 at Fairfield, Queensland, Australia Friedrich (Fritz) Adolph BROHMANN b. about 1852 possibly at Eschelsmark, Kreis Eckernförde d. 28 Aug 1916 at Longreach, Queensland, Australia Marie BROHMANN b. about 1862 possibly at Stubbe, Kreis Eckernförde d. 8 Apr 1865 aboard "Helene" on voyage to Queensland. Johann Christian Friedrich was the son of Claus Wilhelm BROMANN, day labourer of Bornstein and Anna Magdalene nee LÜTHJE My research has stalled with this family.
