    2. Dear Gloria Fay, As a start, dial up familysearch.org. On the opening page, go to the first column under "Features" and click on "Search for your ancestors in our vast record collection." Then you can enter such information as you have in the form provided. In my case, I got a huge number of references under the name Schrein I am researching. This service is provided free of charge by the LDS, or Church of the Latter Day Saints who seek to gather and provide genealogical information sufficient for us all to trace our ancestry back to Adam and Eve (if you live that long! I certainly will not.) Note that there has been some difficulty between SCH-HOL and the LDS relative to microfilming the documents. Ultimately, it seems one has to discover where ancestors originated in SCH-HOL before obtaining further info. I'm in a similar dilemma. But, never say die!! Best of good luck in your efforts. Bill Jones.
