    3. I have family: Petersen, Volquarts, Steffensen, Frerot in the Scholbull, Holebull and Hockbull areas in the Schobull Parish. In the church records of this parish, there are some records that are not noted as taking place at Schobull, Holebull or Hockbull, but i.d. Lund or sometimes i.d.Lundt. Can anyone tell me what this i.d. Lund(t) stands for? Thanks.

    3. Hi Sharon, Lund is listed as a village, being part of larger Schobuell, in 1890. In 1962, mail to Lund had to go via Hockensbuell. I guess Lund is the name of a handful of buildings between Schobuell and Hockensbuell. Nowadays probably no more than the name of a street. The people of Lund worshipped in Schobuell. They were supposed to, anyway. A map scale 1 : 150,000 does not show Lund. It must be tiny.
