I have a relative Anna JURGENSEN (nee WENCK) who came to Australia in 1870. Her death certificate gives her place of birth as Newentkarken, Holstein. Another source gives her birthplace as Breadlacht in Holstein. She was born 3 April 1838. Can anyone shed any light on these place names, obviously corrupted in English?
