Hello I recommend joining the Yahoo transcribe group. Go to: http://au.groups.yahoo.com/ Once you have joined you can upload a file of your scanned document and SKS will transcribe and/or translate it for you. They specialise in documents written in old German script. This is a free service. Please note the rules about uploading one file at a time, its size limit and its format. You may need to create more than one graphics file when you scan the letter to keep within the file size limit eg scan one or two pages at a time. Then you just load one file at a time. When it has been translated, you remove it from your online file and load the next.
