Hi Kim, A quick lookup shows your Hans Rixen family in the 1870 and 1880 Census records in Clinton County, Iowa and in 1900, Lizzie, the mother is living with one of her sons and in 1920, at age 71, Lizzie is in Lyons Twp. and daughter Mathilda is living with her.
