Hi! I am looking for further information on the family of Dorothea Maria Henriette SONN who was born abt.1831 in Schleswig. She may have had a brother, Peter, and a sister named Wilhelmina and her parents may have been Mathew and Mary SONN, both of whom were born in Denmark. Mathew was born about 1804 and his wife, Mary, was born about 1802. She immigrated to Texas, as did Peter and Wilhelmina, sometime in the 1850s. Mathew and Mary SONN also immigrated to Texas, although I am not sure at what point. I believe it was later than the 1850s, though. I am also looking further details on Christian Heinrich LAUSEN who was b. abt. 1823 in Schleswig, Schleswig-Holstein. I have no idea of who his parents may have been or about any brothers or sisters, either. He immigrated in 1857 on the Hampden and settled in Galveston, TX, where he lived until his death in 1891.
