My mother, Gerda Kruse ( nee Schmidt ) was born in Kiel on 25th July 1920. Both still living. They migrated to Australia in 1953, arrived on the ship, 'Anna Salen'in Melbourne 23rd December with their 3 children including me ( Otto ).The family has now grown to number over 30 including grandchildren, greatgrand children & sons & daughers-law. My grandfather was also Hans Kruse & his father was Peter Kruse and they all lived in the vicinity of Neumunster, Gross Kummerfeld & Klein Kummerfeld. My parents were dairy farmers in the south west of Victoria near Port Campbell ( the 12 Apostles,etc ). Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
