I am researching my Grandfather x 4 Karl Theodor Gottfried Albrecht HARTMANN was born c1766 somewhere in Schleswig-Holstein.He was listed as a Milary Company Surgeon in the 1801 Frederica Denmark census. He married Tontine Onsberg 9 Sept.1796 in Horsens City. Have not been able to find his birth or death records All his children have been recorded in either St. Michaelis or St Trinitatis Fredericia. Can anyone suggest where I can go to research Karl. I live in Australia. Aileen
