Ort - is a locality, place, etc.; sippen - part of the word Sippe which means clan, tribe, kin, relatives, etc., and - buch - would be book, volume, record. Bliedersdorf and Neukloster are the communities for this record, the B 100 most probably refers to the volume and page or entry.
