In Elmshorn is a factory that produces oat flakes, it's very famous in Germany. It's name is Kölln-Flocken (http://www.koelln.de/). The former owner of the factory is Peter Kölln. He still lives near Elmshorn.And there is a village very close to Elmshorn called Kölln-Reisiek. In Kölln-Reisiek a very old farm. It's history goes back to year 1649 and it is documented that name of the early farm owners was 'tho Collinge'.I think it could be helpful to contact the today farm owners to get more information.
