Oct 1849 in Germany married to an Albertina born Aug 1849. They lived in Green Lake, Green Lake, Wisconsin in the 1900 Census, where she has had 10 children and 8 are still living. They had the following children on this census: Emma in 1883, Anna Paulina in 1887, Albert in 1889, Ella in 1890, Ida in 1892, and Martha in 1893.
