I can identify him, back row upper right cigarette. my grandmother is the dark haired woman with the dark dress a little in front and to the left of him and a few others. I don't know when everyone signed up for the war, but this might have been right before WWII or at least before Pearl Harbor. Because I know that two of my Great Uncles served. I think they are all in the picture. It might have been my Great Grandparents 35 wedding anniversary. In 1940 they would have been married 35 years.
