GREENWOOD, SC---A private memorial service for Ralph Otis Martin, 84, was conducted. Blyth Funeral Home is in charge. Mr. Martin, husband of Genevieve Schultz Martin, died Saturday, June 3, 2000. Born in FRANKFORD, MI, he was the son of the late Donald & Janet Ford Martin. He was the retired owner & operator of Martin Boat Sales of MENTOR, OH, & was the founding father of the Lake Erie Trade Association. He moved to Greenwood in 1997. Surviving are his wife; daughter, Sheila Benedict; son, Ralph Martin; brothers, Charles Martin, Donald Martin, Robert Martin, Stanley Martin; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
