Rootsweb is working on a way to permanently block this individual; however, as you well know, this is difficult when people can change e-mail addresses, falsify addresses, etc very easily. As admin for the Greenwood board I deleted her message, but I can't stop it being posted to the Greenwood mailing list since that is automatic at this point.
