Barbara, Did you know that Barbara is a family name on our side of the GREERS? My only first cousin, who was 15 yrs. older, than I, was named Barbara I'm afraid we pronounced it "Bob-ra" which is more Southern than anything, but it is a wonderful name My middle name is Rachael, and so was Mother's, passed down fr Leah FOWLER. Leah named a dau after her twin, Rachael came straight down the line; surely hate Dolores -Dad picked it up in WWII, I have absolutely no Spanish or Portugese at all in my looks! I realize that this is not what you wrote for me for, but I wanted to throw it is as I love to learn abt the cousins. Spartanburg has Robert's estate papers though there is little to them. Good old Ibba has an exhaustive file that took me months to actually read and diciipher & two wonderful people helping me. When you get Ibba's file, you need to get a great large magnifying glass lots, stickies, and TIME Oh,yes, don't forget that comfortable place. Undoubedly she said what she wanted,vnd I beliee a number of the children wanted her declared incompetent. She had to be a strong woman to have and raise all those children, and we will never know how many stillborns or miscarriages she had.Yet she outlived her husband almost 20 yrs. I feel fine except that I used legacy for years for all my files, had no trouble, and now, Barbara, all my files are gone!!!! Over 5- years of work. The people are there, but all my notes are gone. I am devastated. I had all the wills, estate papers, etc. all typed in for all my ancestors, and I have about 1500 peope. I you know anything about legacy of restore, please help me!
