I believe the Library handled that work internally. They also now have the 1980s compiled and printed in volumes, and much of the early 1990s is available by them to search if you inquire at the desk in the South Carolina Historical Room. - Tim L. Can anyone tell me who compiled and published this work? I live in Texas and would like to obtain copies for my local library. ==== SCGREENV Mailing List ====
