yes if you use regular paper but White card stock is acid free paper and will protect the photos that is what people are using now doing scrapbooks so I copy all my black and white photos and print them on it and you can even cut the people out or what ever will last forever because it is acid free but I use Hammer mill Paper or paper made for scrapbooks but the White card stock is less than 10.00 for 500 sheets. and a lot cheaper than photo paper and looks better to me people can't tell the difference.
