Don, I also have Anna 1865, Sarah A. 1856 and Harriet 1851 listed as children of James D. and Mary Cox, in addition to the ones you listed. This is from the 1870 census. Do you know if these were actually their children, or perhaps grandchildren that they were raising. I am almost certain that Sarah A. was the daughter of their son James D., JR. who died in the Civil War. But I need to find more documention. The names Anna and Harriet are not the same as the names listed for his two other children on the 1860 census. If you can help me with this, I would appreciate it. Marilyn Ashmore
