Someone on the list has a virus on their computer. They are probably unaware of this. I think this particular virus takes addresses from e-mail sent to this person which would include any e-mail from this list. If you notice when you receive e-mail from the SCGREENV list, the e-mail of the person who sent it is listed (or it is on my e-mail). If this e-mail is still in the infected person's mailbox, then the virus can pick up the address and send the virus on making it appear that it was sent intentionally from that particular individual.
