Amen. I Willis CHANDLER of the County and State aforesaid, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do ordain and publish this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills and testaments heretofore by me at any time made. I give an bequeath my two tracts of land-one containing two hundred and fifty acres situate on a Branch of Cedar Shoal Creek and the other containing one hundred and twenty acres more or less bounded by lands of F R AUSTIN, George H SULLIVAN and Mrs. _______ ?REIDING? and known as the John SMITH tract as follows: one third of the two tracts of land to my daughter Mary Jane DAVIS for and during her natural life, and at her death to such of her children as may be living at the time of her death in fie simple share and share alike. The one third of said two tracts of land to Beauregard AUSTIN, Mary Jane AUSTIN, Willis Vincent AUSTIN, William Thomas AUSTIN and John Manning AUSTIN, Children of FG AUSTIN. Share and share alike. The one third of said two tracts of land to my grand son, William Vance CHANDLER-provided he attains to the age of twenty-one years-and if he should die before arriving to the age of twenty-one years-the said one-third of said tracts devised and will to him shall be divided among the aforesaid parties-just as I have directed the other two thirds of my said lands to be divided. All of my household and kitchen furniture and all the _____________ of my estate I will and bequeath to the very same parties and in the very same proportions and under the same provisions and restrictions to whom I have willed my aforesaid two tracts of land. I constitute and appoint Mark DAVIS and F R AUSTIN Executors of this my last will and testament. Signed and Sealed in the presence of witnesses.
