So we are related someway!! Also I have two separate Wood families in my lineage. Also the Paces, another big name there, were from Spartanburg and married into the Pooles. There are so many. I have the Pool/Poole/etc back to the mid 1600s in America, VA is where they started out. There are many Poole researchers. All the Hawkinses of Greenville in the 1800s were from the same clan. There is a researcher there, who has them back to 1400s but he's not on computer and neither is the info. He's known to have an incredible amount of info on them. Maybe one day we'll figure this all out!! Judy
