Hi Delores; As far as for the Ft. Inn & Simpsonville paper, they do have little local ones that I cannot remember the names of (but are not online) but the main newspaper for that area is the Greenville News (is online) @GreenvilleNews.com Also, the local paper for the Gray Court SC area is the Laurens County Advertiser (not online either), & the Spartanburg Herald Journal (online @goupstate.com). There is also another local from the Clinton SC area that is called the Clinton Chronicle (not online either). Reason I know these is......grew up in Greenville & lived a lot of married life in Laurens county of SC & have relatives in Gray Court, Clinton, Simpsonville & Fountain Inn, Enoree, & Spartanburg as well as Greenville. I wish the smaller newspapers would get online (maybe they will someday) too so that could keep closer with what is going on in each little town than by just reading the Greenville News & Spartanburg Herald papers. The Anderson Independent would not be of any help for someone searching for info on Gray Court, SC. Some info regarding lower Laurens county is available in the Index Journal out of Greenwood, SC but that would only be mainly about the Waterloo & Cross Hill areas of lower Laurens County. Hope this helps to clear up some things. I will ask 1 of my cousins what the name of that Simpsonville & Fountain Inn papers are....cannot remember right now.
