I saw your information on Sarah Sadie Warlow and Jay Lee Burgess. I have very little information on Sarah Sadie but as to Jay Lee I believe that his line is from Joshua Burgess and Margaret Holeman Burgess of South Carolina. Hi Trish, I find your John Demarcus Burgress' middle name of Demarcus very interesting. My gggrandfather, veteran of the War between the States, name was Demarcus and he was from a very large extended family. Demarcus and his wife lived in Travelers Rest, Greenville cty, SC. They had 16 children. I just wondered if it was a family name in the family you mentioned?
