I wanted to share what I think is a very underused site - Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness (RAOGK) - go to the site and navigate it until you find the state you are looking for information on. There are volunteers listed from all states and numerous counties in each state. Some do obit lookups, census records , take pictures of tombstones. I have had enormous success on this site. The volunteers are just great! You may also think about volunteering to do the same in whatever area you live in. Please go take a look !
