I have not seen any marriage records in the minutes of the Baptist churches that I have read. I also haven't seen the designation "Primitive Baptist" used in the time frame you mention. Occasionally, the minutes will mention a surname change for a woman inferring a marriage but giving no details-not even the given name of the groom. I have seen this most often in the late 1800's.
