I have not been able to find the parentage of the following: John Peter Shockley (4/21/1808 - 11/11/1869) John W. Shockley h/o Amanda Elmina Hawkins Pleasant Shockley (1819-1902) Are they related to each other directly ? Are they related to Thomas Shockley and Connie Sartor\Salter ? 2. Also looking to identify any additional children of Jesse Shockley (b:abt 1780-1785 d: bef 1850). He was the son, grandson, and g-grandson of Thomas Shockley. Married to Mary ______, I have identified 2 children: i. Thomas J. Shockley (1805 - 4/8/1862) ii.Margaret Caroline Shockley (2/21/1821 - 9/28/1854) I have no direct relation to the Shockleys, yet I keep stumbling over the family as I research my own lines of Hudson, Green, Kemp, Copeland, Rodgers, and Robison.
