He had a son named Thomas North Epps who married Penelope Jennings. Thomas had a son named Early Oscar Epps who married twice, 1st Susan Hodges and 2nd Anna L. Herndon. Early Oscar had a son named Oscar Earl Epps. Oscar had a son he named Charlie James Epps. The rumor was that the Epps brothers came from Germany and went to England and then VA and then came south. In 1820 there was a William, Thomas and Nathaniel in GA. I am researching all the Epps in GA. If you have any GA descendants let me know. Thanks in advance. Connie

    3. There was a Dr. Epps in Eufaula, Ala who lived in one of the old hilltop Antebellum mansions that looked out over the Chattahoochee River toward the Georgia side. No relation, just knew of him. He's been dead at least 30-40 years. Just mentioned in case it might be helpful in your search. You might contact the Barbour County Historical Society in Eufaula.
