Kirkman,Penelope Forrester, 1994 p. 211 Greenville County Gen. Sessions Court Case Rolls Standford, William & John, Jr., laborers. Assualt. Warrant, 20 Nov 1798. Issued by Reuben Barrett, JP, to any lawful Constable. On 17 Nov 1798, Elisha Maxwell was assulted by John & William Standford at house of Reuben Barrett. Indictment 5 Feb 1799. True Bill.
