Jessie Charles W. Kearney Sr., Greenville Charles Wallace Kearney, Sr., 76, husband of Cecilia Landry Kearney, of 3 Eastview Dr., Greenville, died October 30, 2000. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Charles W. and Mildred Draper Kearney. He was a retired meteorologist with the National Weather Service and a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter; Susan Bartucci and her husband, Keith, of Piedmont; a son; Charles Wallace Kearney Jr., and his wife, Ann, of Pelzer; four grandchildren, Chad and Brent Kearney, Angela Bartucci, and Angela Rodgers; and three great-grandchildren.
