He married Mary "Polly" Crane/Crain/Crance?? c 1812 and they were in Overton Co. TN by 1824 if not earlier. I have been told that his father was also named John Langford b. c1740 SC. This is all I know, I have really hit brick walls with this SC Langford family and would apprciate any help anyone may be able to give me.
