    1. [SCGREENV] Smith Family of Anderson, SC
    2. You appear to have quite a knowledge of the Smith family in Anderson, S C. I have a Smith link in my family that I'm having trouble with and hoped you'd have some information. One of my ancestors was Sallie Lougenia Smith Vickery, who married Walton Van Buren Vickery. Her father was John N. W. Smith, who was married to Nancy Matilda Brown. Sallie had siblings one of which was Lena Smith. I don't know much of anything beyond this. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. I'm limited to what I can do from where I am. Thanks, Mike Walker

    3. Do you have info on the James POOL/E family? His wife was sometimes referred to as Ursula and other times as Elizabeth. I would love to have more info on them. Thank you, Dolores M. I have never been there but people there who have been say it's on private property and when I last heard it was overgrown. I'm not sure about the tombstones of Maiden, Seth, William and Annie Street Pool, (Seth's parents), but Demarcus' tombstone has been moved to Locust Hill Church cemetery in Travelers Rest, Greenville Co. (next to Mary, his wife). I'm not positive but we think his remains are still in the old family cemetery. If you have any more questions I'll try to get the answers. I and many others have lots on the Pettypool/Pool family. 1. Re: [SCGREENV] Where is Henry T. Howard buried?
    2. Why don't you contact the Greenville County Library and obtain the obituary on Henry Howard and his wife. Obituaries are useful and usually always tell where the person is buried as well as parents, spouses and survivors. It is worth a try. Kelly Jane Moon O'Hara

    2. Hi, Maiden Seay Pace Pool and Seth Petty Pool had 12 children. Demarcus was my gggrandfather. And Maiden and Seth would be my ggggrandparents. I can send a list of their children's names, etc. Your Ervin Pool was married to Elender Potts correct? I think I have the right Ervin. The names in the Pettypool/Pool family repeat a lot. I show Ervin and Elender with 12 children. Let me know. Judy
