Mollie - do you have any dates ?
Sorry my reply took so long. At the moment, I believe that the Fords are most likely the same family as Stephen and Daniel Ford who came up from the Carolina coast, not from Virginia, but I am not sure. They are simply in the right place for that. I need to work on these families some more and post that.
Can anyone on the list give me any information on this family. Who were his parents/siblings? Hi, Can anyone tell me where the Rocky Creek Division was, as referenced in the 1860 census of Greenville County? The post office for the location was shown as Buena Vista. I cannot find either of these on a current map. Thanks, Tom in Chapel Hill ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Possibly. We had always thought that Henry Paris born 1750, died 27 September 1847 in Anderson, SC, was married to Talitha Morgan. She is on his tombstone with him at Paris & Townes Cemetery in Greenville, SC. But, new evidence suggests that she may have been a second or maybe first wife. Do you have a Talitha Morgan in your database? Dede Aday MacDonald Fresno, CA At 07:06 PM 7/31/01 -0400, you wrote: >Any MORGAN or WAGSTAFF reseachers on the list? > > Debby Thompson, Ohio

Hi Debbie, I saw you message and don't have any info that you are looking for but I wondered if you know anything more about Amanda Briggs. Briggs is a surname I am looking at. My ggg-grandmother was a Briggs or married to a Briggs, Barbara married to James Burk in 1785, Laurens County, South Carolina. Just curious! You never know when something new will come to light.
