    3. Dear Cuz Dolores, I am still trying for proof re "our" Banister Stone ,1816-1902, mar. Millie Johnson, as to who Banister's parents were. If you ever get/have please keep me in mind. Can you tell me who were the parents of Micajah Banister Stone's wife Martha Harris? I descend from Rev. John Harris and I wondered if this Martha was of his line. It's possible that I have something on this but I am getting ready to move to Holden Beach, NC and all is in a real mess. Thanks, Perry McCrary ----- Original Message ----- From: Dolores Miller Pringle Sent: Wednesday, September 12, 2001 7:10 AM To: SCGREENV-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [SCGREENV] Re: STONE families I have a connection to the STONEs that you mention and quite a bit of info. Several of those Micajah's were actually Micajah Bannister STONE - more confusion! I am the great-f'daughter of Anna Rebecca STONE, dau of George Clement STONE and Rebecca NABORS/NEIGHBORS. Clement STONE was the son of Mastin STONE, a son of one Micajah Bannister STONE. [I think I got that much correct w/out my records.] I'll be glad to share what I have! Looking forward to hearing from you! Godspeed.... 2. Sandy Owsley
    3. My grandfather, Worth Riley Garrett, b. Feb. 12, 1896 Ala., left my grandmother and children in the late 1930's in Texas. As far as I know, he was never heard from again. I found a Worth Garrett listed as dying in Greer, SC in December 1967. Is there anyone that can do a lookup for me for the obituary? Worth is such an unusual name, and if this is him, he would be 71 yrs. which makes him a good possibility. I just received a picture from a cousin of him, the first one us 7 grandchildren in Oregon have ever saw of him. I would like to find out if he ever married again, and where he has been all those years and where he is buried. Any help would be appreciated. Sandy Garrett Owsley
