The Greenville County Library has some yearbooks for Parker. However, when I last checked I was told that 1945 was the oldest. I have found my relatives back as far as 1912 or so. It is a real good source for finding folks. My mom and dad worked at Woodside mill for some 43 years, from the early 1930's on.

Leigh, Thank you for this email; I had missed it and just now saw it. I have looked at the census reports and looked at what I feel must be this man, I think he may be "my" Samuel JONES. Note that Rebecca named sons Samuel, John and Elkanah. I surely wish I could find moe on them! I would love to had the other children's names. It would be wonderful if I could find more. Where could I look? I just don't seem to have much luck with research on these JONES. We are having a family gathering in a few weeks, and I would love to be able to give them the correct names for Rachael Rebecca's parents.
