The Obit of Evelyn Jackson Foster, published in "The State", Columbia, SC April 17, 2007 COLUMBIA - A memorial service for Evelyn Jackson Foster, 88, will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Rev. Joe Copeland and Father Phillip Whitehead will officiate. Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Foster, wife of the late Charles Hudgins Foster, died Sunday, April 15, 2007. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Jessie Lee and Tura Fallaw Jackson.
