Freda, there are several probate record for a William Robertson at the State Archives, Box 44 package 1865. I have not gotten to it, and don't know the dates. Others I have gotten from Box 44 seems to be in the 1790s to 1812, so this William seems to early. Two others: Box - pkg William Robertson 51-2171 William Robertson 51-2174 I haven't done that Box yet, but the microfilm before that one has dates of 1840 on it, and the one after this one has an 1845 date on one of them, so one of these might work for William d. Jun 1, 1841. If I ever seem to get to the point where I can go over to Columbia for a while and work, I will certainly eventually get to it and post them, since I am desperatly trying to find a Harriett Robertson listed on the Death certificate of Mary Jane Coursey Arthur as her mother. With regard to the Robert G. Quarles Marriage.... I have a file that contains HIS line. However the info. on his marriage says only: Robert Gilliam Quarles (b. 8/16/1805 Edgefield SC, m.
