Page 30 12th MILLEY LETCHER of Stevens Creek in 96 District took a citation on estate of JAMES LETCHER late of said District, deceased, as next of kin. 24th March 1783. The above citation filed in the Ordinary's office. The said MILLEY LETCHER qualified as administratrix entered into the usaul bond of L14000 currency with two free hold Securities, viz. WILLIAM CARSON and BENJAMIN BLACKEY. Granted letters of administration and Warrant of appraisement, also a dedimus directed to JOHN PURVES and THOMAS KEE, Esqs. to qualify appraisers. N.B. no appraisement, nor sale of said estate returned to this office.
